Thu, 12 June 2008 Tulsa since 1898 and Hometown Heroes since 2006. Two short years ago and with help from "Podcasting For Dummies", Davit and Dustin became dummies podcasting. We're in no way suggesting they no longer need help, but they are finding their way. However, the music from Tulsa needs absolutely no help at all. T-Town is a great place to live, made even better by it's music and the musicians who make it. With worldwide listenership in the thousands and growing each week, the proof is in the pudding or in this case, the music. Channel 6 News in Tulsa recently did a nice feature on Hometown Heroes and our companion podcast iROK Radio: Visit our website and often: www.hometownheroestulsa.com This week's heroes: RadioRadio- Alarm 1 Alarm 2 (worldwide broadcast/podcast debut)The Doldrums- Spirit Elevates Brain Acoustic Ross- The RIAA Took My Baby Away RadioRadio-BBC (worldwide broadcast/podcast debut) First Lady Assassins- Queen Of The Mountain Bring Down The Hammer- Never Give In, Never Give Up RadioRadio- Ghost (worldwide broadcast/podcast debut) The Beau Charron Band- Back To Oklahoma Chad Dudley- No One Else RadioRadio- I, Computer (worldwide broadcast/podcast debut) Bug- Power Trip The Blue Collars- Mike The Reindeer This Diabolicast produced by Dustin Parkhurst for Diabolical Productions, LLC Comments[0] |
Sat, 7 June 2008 Out of site, a site to behold and of course, a "site" for sore eyes (and not so sore). We have promised for quite some time and now we deliver: Not only will you find all of our podcasts/broadcasts/diabolicasts and our attempt at somewhat humorous weelky blogs, there's also our listener city/state/country page, bios on Davit Souders and Dustin Parkhurst and links to some of our related projects. Davit and Dustin also host and produce iROK Radio (Independent Radio Oklahoma) and of course it too is linked on our site. We invite you to visit and often. This week's heroes:
